1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the JobVob platform ("Platform"), including the website, mobile applications, and all services offered therein. JobVob is owned and operated by Conext Info India Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By registering, accessing, or using JobVob as a Job Seeker or Employer/Recruiter, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Nature of Platform (Important Declaration)

  • 2.1 JobVob is strictly a recruitment facilitation platform.
  • 2.2 We act only as an intermediary between Job Seekers and Employers.
  • 2.3 JobVob does not guarantee employment, interviews, hiring, salary, job offers, or placement.
  • 2.4 JobVob is not involved in employment contracts, salary negotiations, background verification, or employer–employee disputes.

3. Eligibility

  • 3.1 Users must be at least 18 years of age.
  • 3.2 Employers/Recruiters must have legal authority to hire or advertise jobs.
  • 3.3 Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times.

4. Account Registration & Security

  • 4.1 Users must create an account to access certain features.
  • 4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • 4.3 Any activity performed through your account shall be deemed to be done by you.
  • 4.4 JobVob is not responsible for unauthorized account access due to user negligence.

5. Terms Applicable to Job Seekers

  • 5.1 Job Seekers may create profiles, upload resumes, and apply for jobs.
  • 5.2 All information provided must be true, complete, and not misleading.
  • 5.3 JobVob does not charge Job Seekers unless for optional premium services.
  • 5.4 JobVob does not guarantee interview calls, job offers, or employment outcomes.
  • 5.5 Job Seekers must independently verify the authenticity of Employers and job offers.
  • 5.6 Job Seekers shall not use the Platform for fraudulent, misleading, or non-recruitment activities.

6. Terms Applicable to Employers / Recruiters

  • 6.1 Employers may post job vacancies only for genuine hiring purposes.
  • 6.2 All job postings must be real, lawful, and non-discriminatory.
  • 6.3 Employers shall not charge any fee from Job Seekers.
  • 6.4 Candidate data must be used strictly for recruitment and not shared or sold.
  • 6.5 Employers are solely responsible for hiring decisions and compliance.

7. Prohibited Activities (Strictly Not Allowed)

Users shall not: - Post fake jobs or misleading information - Engage in fraud, scams, or money solicitation - Collect or misuse personal data - Scrape, copy, or resell platform data - Share account access or credentials - Use the platform for marketing or non-recruitment purposes - Upload offensive, illegal, or infringing content

Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

8. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing

  • 8.1 Certain services are paid and require advance payment.
  • 8.2 Payments are processed via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
  • 8.3 Prices and plans may change without prior notice.
  • 8.4 Taxes including GST are applicable as per law.

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • 9.1 No Refund Policy: All payments made on JobVob are non-refundable once services are activated.
  • 9.2 Exception – Refund Allowed Only In Case Of:-
    -Proven miscommunication regarding the purchased service, OR
    -Wrong product or service delivered by JobVob.
  • 9.3 Refund requests must be raised within 7 days with valid proof. Approval is at the sole discretion of JobVob.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

  • 10.1 All platform content, logos, designs, and software belong to JobVob or its licensors.
  • 10.2 Users retain ownership of resumes and job data uploaded by them.
  • 10.3 JobVob may use uploaded content for platform operations and recruitment matching.

11. Privacy & Data Usage

  • 11.1 User data is handled as per the JobVob Privacy Policy.
  • 11.2 JobVob follows reasonable security practices but does not guarantee absolute security.
  • 11.3 Users consent to data processing strictly for recruitment-related services.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • 12.1 JobVob shall not be liable for hiring outcomes or employment disputes, loss of income, opportunity, or data, or employer or candidate conduct.
  • 12.2 Maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

13. Termination & Suspension

  • 13.1 JobVob may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, or misuse of platform or data.
  • 13.2 Termination shall not entitle the user to any refund.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in [City, India] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
