Job Summary:

The Tele-caller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining clinic services, and maintaining positive client relationships. The role focuses on effective communication, lead conversion, and ensuring excellent customer experience for all inquiries related to hair transplant and skin treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients generated through marketing and online campaigns.

Explain clinic services (Hair Transplant, PRP, Laser, Skin Treatments, etc.) in a clear and convincing manner.

Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries professionally.

Book appointments and schedule consultations with doctors or counsellors.

Maintain follow-up with leads to ensure maximum conversion.

Update lead details and call status daily in the report.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

Maintain politeness, accuracy, and professionalism in every call.

Handle client queries, objections, or complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 12th pass OR any Graduate.

0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (healthcare or clinic background preferred).
Freshers can also apply.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Confident, polite, and target-oriented personality.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email).

Work Schedule: 6 days a week (One rotational week off ).
Salary Range: Based on experience and performance (Incentives applicable).
