The role requires excellent communication, persuasion skills, and a customer-first approach. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Explain financial products (loans, credit cards, insurance, etc.) clearly. Generate leads and schedule follow-ups. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain customer records and update CRM. Handle customer queries with professionalism. Requirements: 12th pass/Graduate with telesales experience preferred. Good communication & convincing skills.
