We are seeking a proactive Telesales Executive to promote and sell finance products such as loans, credit cards, and insurance over the phone. The role requires excellent communication, persuasion skills, and a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain financial products (loans, credit cards, insurance, etc.) clearly.
• Generate leads and schedule follow-ups.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM.
• Handle customer queries with professionalism.

Requirements:

• 12th pass/Graduate with telesales experience preferred.
• Good communication & convincing skills.
