Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development (90%)
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM tools, social media, and business directories
Qualify leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for meetings and follow-ups
Maintain consistent communication with prospective clients
HR & Administrative Support (10%)
Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
Maintain employee records and support onboarding processes
Assist with daily administrative tasks and office operations
Key Skills:
Proven experience in lead generation or business development
