Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹23,000 (Gross per month)
Probation: 6 Months
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM

Core Duties & Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop complete email marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Create and maintain campaign calendar for newsletters, promotions & automation.
  • Build audience segmentation based on behavior, demographics & preferences.
  • Set and track KPIs: Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROI.

2. Content Creation & Design

  • Write engaging copy for subject lines, preheaders, and email body content.
  • Design visually appealing, mobile-responsive email templates (via ESP or HTML/CSS).
  • Ensure brand consistency across all email creatives and messaging.

3. Campaign Execution & Automation

  • Build and launch campaigns using Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar ESP.
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, send times, CTAs, and content blocks.
  • Set up automated workflows:
    • Welcome/onboarding
    • Abandoned cart
    • Post-purchase
    • Re-engagement
  • Maintain list hygiene: manage bounces, opt-outs, and updates.

4. Analysis, Reporting & Optimization

  • Track deliverability, engagement, and conversion metrics.
  • Prepare performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
  • Continuously optimize strategy based on data and test results.

5. Compliance & Deliverability

  • Ensure GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and all compliance requirements are met.
  • Monitor SPF, DKIM, DMARC for sender reputation and inbox placement.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • ESPs (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp), basic HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, CRM tools.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent email copywriting, attention to detail, creativity, analytical mindset, strong project management.
