Job Description Indian Art Villa is hiring an experienced Google Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, Google Merchant Center, campaign optimization, and achieving high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube. Achieve and maintain a minimum 7X actual ROAS based on website revenue. Manage and optimize Google Merchant Center product feeds. Monitor Shopping feed health and maintain feed errors below acceptable limits. Optimize Performance Max campaigns and asset groups for maximum conversions. Perform keyword research and regularly add negative keywords to improve campaign performance. Plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns. Manage and update Google Business Profile (Google My Business). Coordinate with SEO and content teams to improve website performance. Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly performance reports. Conduct campaign audits and optimize bidding strategies to maximize ROI. Experience managing Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns. Strong understanding of Google Merchant Center and Shopping Feeds. Proven record of achieving ROAS targets for e-commerce businesses. Good analytical and reporting skills. Basic English communication skills.
