We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. Job Summary The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, documentation, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach toward HR functions. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR interviews. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management. Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, and other HR documents. Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations. Coordinate employee engagement and retention activities. Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures. Maintain HR databases and generate reports when required. Required Skills Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and work independently. Positive attitude and professional behavior. Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations. Eligibility Criteria Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field. Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in HR or recruitment. Freshers with strong HR knowledge may also apply. Female candidates preferred.
