About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Executive who is well-versed in end-to-end HR functions, operations, administration, and recruitment. The ideal candidate should be able to manage HR processes independently, support management, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Coordinate with managers to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
2. HR Operations & Administration
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Support payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Manage office administration tasks, vendor coordination, and operational support.
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
Address employee queries and grievances.
Conduct induction, training coordination, and team-building activities.
Ensure healthy workplace culture.
4. Performance & Compliance
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented properly.
Maintain compliance with company rules and statutory norms.

Manage recruitment within the company, Create Job Descriptions for all department employees.
Take care of employee relations, Review old and create new HR policies, check compliance of existing policies etc.
Arrange and Supervise Training of the employees within the organisation.
