Shailbala Technology is seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality WordPress websites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in WordPress development, theme customization, plugin integration, website optimization, and responsive web design. The role requires collaboration with designers and digital marketing teams to deliver fast, secure, and SEO-friendly websites. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites and web applications. Customize WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements. Build responsive, mobile-friendly, and SEO-optimized websites. Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or PSD designs into fully functional WordPress websites. Develop landing pages using Elementor, Gutenberg, WPBakery, or other page builders. Configure and customize WooCommerce stores, products, payment gateways, shipping, and taxes. Integrate third-party APIs, CRM tools, and marketing platforms. Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall performance. Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs, plugin conflicts, and technical issues. Perform website backups, updates, and security maintenance. Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, SEO specialists, and project managers to deliver high-quality projects. Required Skills Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP. Experience with Elementor, Gutenberg, WPBakery, or similar page builders. Good understanding of WooCommerce development and customization. Knowledge of custom theme and plugin development. Experience with MySQL databases. Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. Understanding of SEO best practices. Knowledge of website speed optimization techniques. Experience managing hosting environments such as cPanel, Plesk, or cloud hosting. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF). Knowledge of WordPress REST API. Experience with multilingual websites using WPML or Polylang. Familiarity with website security, malware removal, and backup solutions. Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Basic understanding of UI/UX principles. Eligibility Criteria Minimum 6 months of experience in WordPress development. Graduate in any discipline (IT-related qualifications preferred). Basic English communication skills.
