Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Web Designer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in creating modern, user-centric website designs. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in Figma, have a strong design portfolio, and be able to translate ideas into visually compelling digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for websites, landing pages, and UI components
- Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma
- Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure flawless execution
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets
- Conduct UX research, analyze user behavior, and propose design improvements
- Stay updated on design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging tools
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Web Design or UI/UX Design
- Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems)
- Solid understanding of responsive design, typography, color theory, and modern UI principles
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills
- A strong portfolio showcasing web design and Figma expertise
