Job Description

Shri Balaji Construction is seeking an experienced Vice President - Civil Projects to lead and oversee large-scale infrastructure and civil construction projects across Delhi-NCR. The candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, project execution, resource management, quality assurance, and timely delivery of multiple projects while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and monitor multiple civil infrastructure and construction projects. Develop project strategies, execution plans, and delivery schedules. Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and cost control. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, and government authorities. Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards. Review project progress and resolve technical and operational challenges. Manage senior project managers, site engineers, and construction teams. Drive operational excellence and improve project performance. Prepare project status reports and present updates to senior management. Support business growth through efficient project planning and execution.
