USP Valuation is seeking detail-oriented and analytical candidates for the position of Valuer / Report Writer. The role involves analyzing property survey data, preparing valuation reports, conducting market research, and supporting valuation assignments in accordance with banking and industry standards. Fresh graduates and interns looking to build a career in valuation, real estate consulting, and financial reporting are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Analyze field survey data and prepare valuation reports. Assist in valuation of residential, commercial, industrial, and land properties. Collect, verify, and document market data and comparable sales information. Prepare detailed valuation reports as per banking and client requirements. Maintain records, documentation, and valuation databases. Review property-related documents and verify information accuracy. Coordinate with field surveyors and valuation teams. Ensure timely submission of reports while maintaining quality standards. Support senior valuers in research and valuation assignments. Stay updated with market trends, property regulations, and valuation practices. ligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline (Regular 3-Year Graduation Mandatory). B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, MBA, PGDM, or Real Estate-related candidates preferred. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Good analytical and report-writing skills. Basic English communication and Hindi proficiency required.
