Skillbee is seeking a Training Instructor – Code 95 Theory to deliver high-quality classroom and online training for heavy vehicle drivers preparing for employment opportunities across Europe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting Driver CPC (Code 95) theory sessions, assessing candidate progress, maintaining training records, and ensuring learners are fully prepared for certification. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging Code 95 theory training through classroom and virtual sessions. Plan and communicate training schedules to candidates. Conduct quizzes, mock tests, and knowledge assessments. Monitor candidate attendance, participation, and learning progress. Maintain accurate training records and update candidate information in the CRM. Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and study resources. Provide revision support and resolve candidate queries. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth batch execution. Ensure training quality standards and compliance with company processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 2–3 years of experience as a Trainer, Instructor, Teacher, Facilitator, or Academic Counsellor. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong presentation and classroom management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience using CRM software and online meeting platforms such as Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom. Comfortable managing candidate communication through WhatsApp and other digital platforms. Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills Experience in driver training, vocational education, or certification programs. Ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds. Strong problem-solving and time management skills. Attention to detail in maintaining documentation and reporting.
