Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller Process: Insurance Sales (Inbound & Outbound) Job Location: Office No-402, 4th Floor, M-92/1 Baldev Singh Complex, Munirka, New Delhi - 110067 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (fixed) Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 extra based on performance Key Responsibilities Customer Outreach: Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote various insurance products. Product Knowledge: Clearly explain insurance policy features, benefits, and coverage options to help customers make informed decisions. Lead Management: Identify potential leads, build rapport, and maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to close sales. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Data Accuracy: Update and maintain precise records of all customer interactions and transactions in the company database. Eligibility Criteria Gender: Female candidates only. Age: 21 to 35 years. Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced professionals. Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a sales-oriented mindset. Ability to handle high call volumes while remaining patient and empathetic. Basic computer knowledge for data entry and record-keeping.
