Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills with the ability to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The role involves handling customer inquiries, explaining services, following up on leads, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally. Explain company products and services effectively. Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions. Maintain call records and sales reports in CRM/Excel. Coordinate with the sales team for closures and customer support. Eligibility Criteria Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred. 1–3 years of experience in Telesales / Telemarketing / Customer Service. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills.
