We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Female Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective and existing customers, promoting the company's products and services, generating qualified leads, and converting inquiries into sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while consistently achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using the provided database. Introduce and explain the company's products and services in a professional and engaging manner. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions. Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team when required. Follow up with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to maximize sales conversions. Maintain accurate customer records and update call status in CRM software or Excel. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets. Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the sales and service teams for order processing and after-sales support. Prepare and submit daily call reports and performance updates to the reporting manager. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups. Stay updated on product features, pricing, offers, and promotional campaigns.
