The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills with a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain products and services to customers effectively. Generate leads and convert them into sales. Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain regular communication. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain customer records and update CRM systems. Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships . Required Skills Excellent communication skills. Telesales and telecalling experience. Lead generation and sales conversion.
