**Job Description:** Drive revenue growth by converting inbound/outbound leads into loyal customers while maintaining exceptional service standards and exceeding monthly sales targets in our fast-paced call center environment. **Responsibilities:** - Execute high-volume outbound calls to qualified prospect lists daily. - Handle inbound inquiries with personalized solutions and upselling opportunities. - Apply objection handling techniques to overcome customer resistance effectively. - Maintain accurate lead and activity logs in CRM systems without delay. - Analyze call data in MS Excel to refine pitch strategies weekly. - Collaborate with team leads to optimize shift-wise call routing patterns. - Achieve daily talk-time and conversion metrics consistently. - Document customer feedback for continuous process improvement. - Coordinate with support teams to resolve post-sale issues promptly.
