FHG Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Telecalling Executives to manage customer communication, handle inquiries, and provide excellent support over phone calls. This is a full-time, non-target role suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates looking to build a career in customer service. Make outbound and receive inbound customer calls professionally. Explain company services and resolve customer queries. Follow up with customers and maintain positive relationships. Update customer details and call records in the system. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth issue resolution. Ensure polite and effective communication on every call. Eligibility 12th Pass or Graduate. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Good Hindi and basic English communication skills. Basic computer knowledge is required.
