Job Summary Chadha Developers and Promoters is hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller Sales Executives to manage customer interactions, generate leads, and convert inquiries into successful sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and convincing skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services. Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and effectively. Generate, manage, and maintain lead databases for follow-ups. Convert leads into sales through strong communication and negotiation skills. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate call records and customer information. Coordinate with the sales team for customer visits and closures. Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
