The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain company products and services to customers. Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication. Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets. Update CRM and prepare call reports.
