Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to join our dynamic team at Global Tech Institute Of Management. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships and promoting our educational services in the logistics domain. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential clients through phone calls, provide them with information about our courses, and assist them in making informed decisions. Job Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to potential students and clients to introduce our programs and services. - Respond to incoming inquiries promptly and provide exceptional customer service. - Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in our CRM system. - Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective telecalling scripts and strategies. - Meet weekly and monthly targets for call volumes and enrollments. - Address customer queries and resolve any issues they may face during the enrollment process. Qualifications: - A minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is a plus. - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. - Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred but not mandatory. - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. - Ability to work on-site in Mumbai. - Proficient in basic computer skills and familiar with MS Office.
