Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information. Maintain customer records and update databases. Perform data entry and basic computer-related tasks. Coordinate with customers regarding product/service updates. Generate and maintain reports using MS Office applications. Resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
