Job Description

The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales for stock broking services through outbound calling. The role involves explaining investment products, assisting clients with account opening and KYC processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. This position is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and an interest in financial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to generate leads and close sales
  • Explain stock broking services, account types, and basic investment options clearly
  • Assist clients in completing account opening and KYC documentation
  • Perform basic due diligence and verify client documents as per regulatory norms
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities
  • Coordinate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to SEBI and regulatory guidelines
  • Meet daily and monthly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Basic understanding of stock market and financial products (preferred)
  • Prior experience in tele sales or financial services is an advantage
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
  • Ability to handle objections, rejection, and work in a target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and telephony tools
