Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to personal loan products
• Explain loan features, eligibility, documentation, and process to customers
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales
• Maintain accurate customer records and call reports
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursal
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic customer queries
