Tele Sales Executive – Loan Sales

Job Description

Dream Inc is hiring Telecallers (Loan Sales) to join our growing sales team. The role involves handling outbound calls, promoting loan products, engaging with customers, and closing sales. Candidates with prior experience in loan telecalling or banking sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers for loan products
• Explain loan offerings, eligibility criteria, and documentation process
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales
• Follow up with customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Ensure compliance with company and banking guidelines

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Fixed salary with performance-based incentives
• Sunday fixed off

Work Details:

• Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience in loan telecalling or banking/financial sales preferred
• Good communication and convincing skills
