The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, generating leads, and supporting loan-related processes through effective communication and sales skills. Key Responsibilities Handle outbound and inbound calls to assist customers with loan-related services Generate and qualify leads through telesales and banking channels Manage loan portfolios and support the collections process Follow up with clients to ensure timely repayments and resolve queries Close sales by understanding customer requirements and offering suitable solutions Achieve monthly sales and recovery targets Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of telesales and customer handling Good negotiation and convincing ability Target-oriented with a proactive approach Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools) Eligibility Criteria Minimum qualification: 12th Pass Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply Comfortable with voice/blended process Perks & Benefits Overtime Allowance Employee State Insurance (ESI) Provident Fund (PF) Annual Bonus Performance-based incentives
