Job Summary Accenture is hiring a Technology Operations Support Specialist to manage, monitor, and support enterprise IT infrastructure and business applications. The ideal candidate should have experience in incident management, system monitoring, troubleshooting, IT operations, and service management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth IT operations, minimize downtime, and deliver high-quality technical support. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, applications, and operational systems. Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for production environments. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues. Resolve incidents and service requests within SLA timelines. Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability. Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams. Manage user access, system configurations, and operational tasks. Maintain operational documentation and knowledge base. Participate in system upgrades, maintenance activities, and deployments. Ensure compliance with IT security and organizational policies. Support automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
