Job Summary The Team Leader – Sales will be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team, achieving business targets, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in sales and team management. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and business growth. Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, guidance, and feedback. Set sales targets and ensure timely achievement of business objectives. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads. Conduct market research and analyze customer requirements. Support the team in handling customer queries, objections, and negotiations. Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports and MIS. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal departments to improve sales effectiveness. Conduct training sessions to improve team productivity and performance. Candidate Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and team management. Proven experience in achieving sales targets and leading teams. Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Customer-focused approach with strong business acumen. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage. Preferred Candidate Profile Strong experience in sales leadership roles. Ability to motivate and develop team members.
