We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage and guide a team of Real Estate Sales Executives. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, monitoring team performance, handling client escalations, and ensuring smooth coordination of site visits and property sales Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets. Monitor daily calling, lead generation, and follow-up activities. Assign leads and track team performance. Assist team members in closing sales and handling negotiations. Coordinate site visits and client meetings. Maintain sales reports and performance records. Handle customer queries and resolve escalations. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Develop sales strategies to improve conversions and revenue. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, with at least 1 year in a Team Leader or supervisory role. Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Target-oriented and result-driven approach. Ability to manage and motivate a sales team. Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools. Must own a bike and have a valid driving license.
