Acubeavenue Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding while meeting hiring targets. Key Responsibilities Handle complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT positions. Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels. Screen and evaluate resumes based on technical skills, communication, experience, and job requirements. Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain regular follow-ups with shortlisted candidates until joining. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Manage recruitment records and maintain candidate databases. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Meet monthly hiring targets while maintaining recruitment quality.. ligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred). Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience. Experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring is preferred. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
