Job Description

Aashay Measurement Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Support Services Engineer to join its technical support team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting industrial instrumentation systems, sensors, software solutions, and related products used across industrial and agricultural applications. The role involves installation, order execution, customer training, troubleshooting, and providing both online and onsite technical support. Comprehensive product training will be provided during the probation period. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute customer orders efficiently. Install and commission industrial instrumentation systems. Provide online and onsite technical support to customers. Troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues. Conduct product demonstrations and customer training. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Coordinate with sales and manufacturing teams for smooth project execution. Maintain installation and service documentation. Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and service requests. Required Skills Basic knowledge of Electronics, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering. Understanding of industrial sensors and instrumentation systems. Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and customer handling abilities. Willingness to travel for installation and service activities. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office). Preferred Skills Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, Industrial Automation, or Process Instrumentation. Experience in technical support or field service (preferred but not mandatory).
