Smart Detective and Allied Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Application Support Agents to provide technical support services at Canara Bank Regional Offices in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, technically inclined, and capable of resolving software and application-related issues while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to internal and external users. Troubleshoot application issues through phone, email, or ticketing systems. Diagnose and resolve software, login, and application-related issues. Escalate complex technical problems to Level 2/Level 3 support teams. Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions. Assist in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Monitor application performance and report recurring issues. Guide and train users on application usage when required. Ensure timely resolution of user queries while maintaining service quality. Eligibility Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Basic knowledge of SQL, operating systems, and networking. Familiarity with ticketing/support tools is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English, Hindi, and the local language is preferred.
