Job Title: Store Executive Industry: Packaging & Containers Department: Procurement & Supply Chain Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Location: Pune warehouse Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Executive to join our Packaging & Containers division. You will be responsible for end-to-end inventory management, ensuring seamless material flow between our purchase and production departments while maintaining 100% stock accuracy. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical stock records; update inventory entries in real-time using ERP/SAP systems. Documentation: Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN), delivery challans, and material issue records; report any discrepancies or Non-Conformance Reports (NCR). Storage & Safety: Organize raw materials (paper, resins, inks) and finished goods in designated storage areas; ensure a clean and safe "5S" compliant environment. Inter-departmental Coordination: Work closely with Purchase for stock replenishment and Production to ensure timely material issuance. Auditing: Participate in periodic physical stock verification and monthly/quarterly audits to minimize inventory shrinkage. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Any Graduate (UG) [User Input]. Experience: [Insert Range, e.g., 2–5 years] in store management or warehouse operations. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP software (SAP MM module preferred).
