AYYAPPA TECHNOLOGIES SOLUTIONS is looking for a skilled and responsible Soldering Operator to support production operations at our Padappai, Chennai facility. The candidate will be responsible for soldering components, operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and completing assigned production targets efficiently. Key Responsibilities Perform soldering and assembly work as per production requirements. Operate and monitor machinery safely and efficiently. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are maintained. Identify and report technical or production-related issues. Follow workplace safety and production guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of tools and equipment. Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily targets. Required Skills Basic soldering and production knowledge. Good attention to detail and quality. Ability to follow instructions and production processes. Basic communication skills in English. Ability to work effectively in a team. Eligibility Education: 12th Pass Experience: 1–2 years Gender: Male/Female Work Mode: Work From Office Location: Padappai, Chennai Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, based on skills, experience, and interview performance Working Hours: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
