Solar Site Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Solar Site Engineer / Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Solar PV projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, team supervision, quality control, project coordination, and timely completion of solar installation projects across Delhi NCR and other locations. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day solar site activities and ensure work follows project schedules. Coordinate with engineering, back-office, vendors, and site teams. Monitor installation, quality, safety, and project progress. Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot installation-related issues. Understand Single Line Diagrams and PV module layout plans. Supervise civil and electrical works, including cables, inverters, modules, and mounting structures. Manage manpower, hiring, and on-ground teams. Prepare regular progress reports for management. Support execution of 50 kWp to 500 kWp rooftop and ground-mounted projects. Coordinate project planning and installation schedules. Required Skills AutoCAD and PVSyst Solar PV system design Project planning and management Electrical and civil work knowledge Single Line Diagram understanding Team management and supervision Solar installation and troubleshooting Qualification & Experience Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering Minimum 2 years of Solar PV industry experience Experience in executing multiple 50–500 kWp projects preferred Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR Willingness to travel across India and abroad
