Job Description

M/S Geie Solar Products India Private Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Solar to manage end-to-end execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, site execution, team management, vendor coordination, quality control, documentation, and timely project completion as per safety and performance standards. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in solar EPC projects, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple project sites across India Key Responsibilities Manage complete execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects. Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with site engineers, EPC teams, contractors, vendors, and clients. Supervise installation activities including solar modules, inverters, mounting structures, cabling, earthing, and electrical systems. Conduct site inspections, progress reviews, testing, and commissioning activities. Resolve site issues, delays, and technical challenges with corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and project specifications. Prepare and review BOQ, drawings, DPRs, MIS reports, and project documentation. Coordinate with procurement, design, accounts, and operations teams. Monitor project costs, billing, material utilization, and resource planning. Handle client communication and provide regular project updates. Coordinate with DISCOM, inspection agencies, and government authorities. Manage project handover and commissioning documentation. Solar certification will be an added advantage. Experience 5–9 Years of experience in solar project execution, EPC, construction, or renewable energy projects. Experience managing rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects preferred. Experience in team handling and multi-site project management is required. Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and EPC processes. Understanding of MNRE guidelines, DISCOM requirements, and net metering processes. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Willingness to travel across India for project requirements. Ability to work independently with ownership mindset.
