Job Description

Caresoft Systems is looking for a Software Support Executive to provide technical and application support for its Hospital Information System (HIS). The role involves assisting hospital clients, troubleshooting software issues, coordinating with development teams, and ensuring smooth functioning of healthcare applications. Key Responsibilities Provide application and technical support to hospital clients. Understand and resolve issues related to OPD, IPD, Billing, Pharmacy, Lab, and MIS modules. Identify, troubleshoot, and document software-related problems. Coordinate with development and implementation teams for issue resolution. Assist users with application functionality and workflow-related queries. Perform basic database checks and SQL queries when required. Monitor reported issues and ensure timely resolution. Maintain proper records of support tickets and client requirements. Assist with software testing and new module implementations.
