Strides Software Solutions Private Limited is hiring a Software Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshoot application issues, and ensure smooth software operations. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about technology and eager to build a career in software support and application management. Job Responsibilities Provide technical support for web and desktop applications. Diagnose and resolve software issues reported by clients. Monitor application performance and ensure system availability. Log, track, and resolve support tickets within defined timelines. Coordinate with the development team to resolve complex technical issues. Perform software testing after bug fixes and updates. Maintain technical documentation and support reports. Assist in software deployment, upgrades, and user training. Deliver excellent customer support and timely issue resolution. Preferred Skills Basic knowledge of C# or .NET applications. Familiarity with ticketing or helpdesk tools. Understanding of software testing concepts. Knowledge of Git or version control systems. Eligibility Diploma, BCA, B.Sc (Computer Science/IT), B.Tech/BE, MCA, M.Sc, or equivalent qualification. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
