Software QA Engineer – Manual & Automation Testing

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused Software QA Engineer to join our product-based technology team. The role involves testing web portals, Android/iOS mobile applications, and multi-vendor supplier platforms to ensure reliable functionality, smooth user experiences, and high-quality production releases. Candidates with any level of relevant experience and a strong understanding of software testing fundamentals are encouraged to apply. Perform manual testing of web applications, mobile applications, and multi-vendor platforms. Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test plans for new features and product updates. Conduct Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and End-to-End testing. Test critical business workflows including vendor onboarding, order management, checkout, and payment processes. Identify, document, prioritize, and track bugs using tools such as Jira or Trello. Re-test resolved issues and coordinate with developers to ensure successful bug fixes. Identify UI/UX issues, functional defects, and potential performance bottlenecks. Validate applications across different devices, browsers, and user journeys. Support quality checks before production deployments and feature releases. Maintain clear testing documentation and communicate testing results to the development team. Required Skills Knowledge of Software Testing and Quality Assurance principles. Practical understanding of Web and Mobile Application Testing. Knowledge of Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and End-to-End Testing. Ability to create test cases and test scenarios. Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools such as Jira or Trello. Understanding of multi-vendor e-commerce or SaaS platforms is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach. Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and other team members. Basic English communication skills.
