Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our Product Engineering team and build scalable SaaS applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in full-stack development using the MERN stack and experience developing secure, high-performance web applications. You will work on CRM platforms, AI-powered SaaS products, HR Tech, and FinTech solutions while collaborating with product managers and technical teams to deliver innovative software solutions. Key Responsibilities Product Development Develop, maintain, and enhance SaaS applications and CRM platforms. Design scalable multi-tenant architecture for enterprise applications. Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code. Full Stack Development Develop responsive user interfaces using React.js. Build backend services using Node.js and Express.js. Design and optimize MongoDB/MySQL databases. Create dashboards, admin panels, and reporting modules SaaS Engineering Develop subscription and billing systems. Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Ensure application security using JWT/OAuth authentication. Optimize application performance and scalability Collaboration Work closely with Product Managers and Tech Leads. Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and code reviews. Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes. Follow Git workflows and CI/CD best practices. Testing & Quality Write unit and integration tests. Collaborate with QA teams during release cycles. Monitor deployed applications and resolve bugs quickly. Required Qualifications Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 2–5 years of Full Stack Development experience. Minimum 1 year of SaaS product development experience preferred. Strong knowledge of MERN Stack. Experience with REST APIs. Good understanding of Git/GitHub. Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
