Software Developer (Technical Lead)

Job Summary Pixart Technologies is looking for a passionate and experienced Software Developer (Technical Lead) to join its growing startup team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable software applications. This role requires ownership of projects from concept to deployment while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Lead and mentor development teams to ensure timely project delivery. Collaborate with product, design, and business teams. Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies and resolve them proactively. Optimize development workflows and improve SDLC processes. Ensure adherence to coding standards and software architecture best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. Participate in code reviews and technical planning. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the development team. Candidate Requirements Minimum 2 years of software development experience. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Python, SQL, and Java. Experience developing and deploying scalable applications. Good understanding of SDLC and software engineering best practices. Experience leading or mentoring technical teams is preferred. Excellent analytical, communication, planning, and decision-making skills. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Comfortable working in a startup environment.
