Key Responsibilities Create and publish job advertisements on social media platforms. Design engaging recruitment posts, banners, and hiring campaigns. Source candidates through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital channels. Respond to candidate queries and schedule interviews. Coordinate with the HR team to understand hiring requirements. Track campaign performance and maintain recruitment reports. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates. Stay updated with current social media and recruitment trends.
