Site Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Site Engineer to manage construction activities, site execution, quality, labour, materials, and contractor coordination within a 25 km radius of Devanahalli. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily civil construction activities including layout, footing, RCC, masonry, plastering, and finishing. Read and execute civil and electrical drawings accurately. Monitor reinforcement, BBS, centering, and shuttering work. Manage labour, contractors, materials, and daily site activities. Ensure construction quality, safety, and timely execution. Prepare and maintain Daily Site Reports (DSR). Coordinate with clients, contractors, and site teams. Requirements 2–5 years of building construction/site experience. Graduate qualification preferred. Good knowledge of civil and structural works. Strong site supervision and labour management skills. Basic English communication. Fluent Kannada speaking ability. Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence. Comfortable with daily field travel. Benefits Petrol Allowance Field travel support
