Site Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Site Engineer to manage day-to-day construction activities. The candidate will supervise site execution, coordinate with contractors and project teams, monitor quality and safety, and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, timelines, and specifications. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily construction and site execution activities. Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors. Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site productivity. Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards. Check measurements, material quality, workmanship, and BOQ quantities. Coordinate with architects, structural and MEP teams. Prepare daily progress reports, measurement sheets, and site documentation. Monitor material inventory and report procurement requirements. Identify site issues, delays, and risks and report them to management. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and applicable construction regulations. Required Skills Civil site supervision and construction management Site planning, execution, and operations Knowledge of RCC and finishing works Ability to read architectural and structural drawings Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, and measurements AutoCAD and MS Office knowledge is an advantage Good communication and team coordination skills Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Eligibility Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. 1–5 years of relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects. Candidates should be comfortable working at construction sites. Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
