Site Engineer – Interior Projects

Job Description

We are looking for a Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate interior project execution at various sites in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have practical site experience, good coordination skills, and knowledge of interior execution and site management. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily interior site activities and ensure proper execution as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and vendors. Monitor site progress, workmanship, quality, timelines, and material availability. Verify site measurements, material quantities, and completed work. Identify technical or execution issues and report them to the Project Manager. Maintain daily site reports, measurement records, progress updates, and material records. Ensure proper implementation of safety and housekeeping standards. Coordinate snagging, rectification, and final handover activities. Communicate drawing updates and revisions to the execution team. Support the project team in reducing material wastage and completing projects on schedule. Minimum 1 year of relevant site experience. Basic English communication skills. Fluent in Kannada and Hindi. Age: 20–40 years. Male candidates preferred.
