Site Engineer

Job Description

Shri Balaji Construction is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of construction practices, site supervision, quality control, and project execution while ensuring work is completed safely and within timelines. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily construction site activities. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and project managers. Ensure quality standards and construction specifications are followed. Prepare and maintain site reports, measurements, and documentation. Monitor material usage and ensure proper inventory at the site. Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment. Resolve on-site technical issues and provide engineering support. Ensure compliance with project drawings, BOQs, and company standards. Eligibility Criteria Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Site Engineer or in a similar role. Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil preferred). English: Basic English.
