Site Engineer

Job Description

Adritha Industries is looking for a Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate interior site execution activities in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, timely completion, proper material usage, and smooth coordination between site teams, contractors, vendors, and project managers. Roles & Responsibilities Supervise daily interior site activities and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with designers, project managers, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other teams. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work. Check measurements, material quantities, workmanship, and site quality. Coordinate material deliveries and maintain material availability at the site. Identify technical or execution issues and report them to the Project Manager. Maintain daily progress reports, measurements, and material records. Ensure proper safety, housekeeping, and site organisation. Coordinate snagging, rectification, and final handover activities. Attend client meetings and provide site progress updates when required.
