Site Engineer – WTP / STP

Job Description

India Water Life is hiring a Site Engineer (WTP/STP) to supervise the installation, commissioning, and operation of Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP). The candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality standards, and completing projects within the specified timeline. Key Responsibilities Supervise installation and execution of WTP, STP, ETP, and UF plant projects. Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per project drawings and specifications. Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams. Inspect civil, mechanical, piping, and electrical work at project sites. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation. Support testing, commissioning, and handover of completed projects. Resolve site-related technical issues and ensure timely project completion. Monitor material usage and coordinate procurement requirements. Required Skills Site Supervision WTP/STP Installation Project Execution AutoCAD (Basic Knowledge Preferred) Quality & Safety Compliance Technical Documentation Team Coordination Problem Solving Candidate Requirements 0–3 years of experience in WTP/STP/ETP project execution or site engineering. Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply. Willingness to travel to project sites. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic English and Hindi communication. Preferred Qualifications Experience in water and wastewater treatment projects. Knowledge of pumps, piping, valves, and treatment process equipment.
