Service Engineer

Job Description

Service Engineers are responsible for maintaining, servicing, installing, and calibrating electrical equipment and machinery. The role involves visiting customer locations, ensuring equipment performs efficiently, and providing technical support and product demonstrations. Key Responsibilities Deliver services to customers effectively and on time. Monitor and maintain electrical equipment and machinery. Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Carry out calibration and quality control (QC) checks. Deliver, install, and demonstrate company products. Explain product operation, safety procedures, and new features to customers. Recommend product upgrades where appropriate. Record service activities and provide customer feedback. Participate in training programs to stay updated with the latest electrical engineering technologies.
